Sangie and Robert Chiwamba (Skills and Technical Education Programme - STEP Ambassadors) wrote Ngwazi Zazikazi to encourage girls to shape their own lives and not to be restricted by old ideas that limit their potential. The video stresses that technical construction jobs are not only appropriate for men but also for women. The audio and video was produced under Real Frenz entertainment by Dj Sley and Animal Lab Productions respectively. It was directed by Essim, Ispa and Yung Degree. The project was supported and funded by the EU, UNESCO and National Youth Council of Malawi under the Skills and Technical Education Programme (STEP).
