Supervisory Board
CELL Foundation is governed by a Supervisory Board. The Supervisory Board is accountable for the policies of CELL and is given powers by the organization’s Articles of Incorporation. The Board’s work is coordinated by the chair (President) and the Board may organize itself into various committees responsible for carrying out different operations.
