CELL’s goals, as listed in its statutes, are the following: To research the relationship between divisive stereotypes in textbooks and educational materials and violence and/or conflict. To work towards an international agreement to reduce stereotypes in textbooks. To sponsor the higher education attainment of youth coming from countries affected by conflict, to obtain degrees and carry out research on divisive stereotypes.
Salary Policy
The annual process for determining compensation is as follows: The Compensation Committee/Executive Committee will obtain research and information to make a recommendation to the full board for the compensation (salary and benefits) of the Executive Director and other highly compensated employees and consultants based on a review of comparability data. The Supervisory Board Members of CELL shall not receive any financial compensation. Advisory Board Members of CELL shall not receive any financial compensation.
